We Guarantee Your Satisfaction!
The continued success of our Club depends on our ability to
send you quality minerals and informative write-ups. We are working very
hard to provide these every month!
If you join our Club and are not satisfied with your first
shipment, simply return everything and we'll issue a full refund. You may
even keep the pocketsize Rocks & Minerals book as our way of saying "Thanks"
for giving us a try. Since we started our Club in March 1996, this has never
happened.
Members may quit at any time, no questions asked, or may return any
mineral specimen within a couple of weeks or so for a full refund.
In addition, to insure that none of our members receive specimens
they already have or that they do
not want, we announce ahead of time in the monthly Club Newsletter what minerals we are
planning to feature in the months ahead. If there is one (or more) coming up that
you already have in your collection or are otherwise not interested in, just let us know
ahead of time, and we’ll skip you for that month and extend your membership another
month. And we'll still send you the monthly write-up and newsletter so you
can read up on it!
